Introduction to the Principle of Explosion-Proof Air Conditioner Controller


The control panel is the basic platform for explosion-proof air conditioners. Under normal circumstances, various control switches of the explosion-proof air conditioner are concentrated on the front panel, mainly including the main switch, ventilation switch, and temperature adjustment switch. The main switch, also known as the function selection switch, is a multi-contact, multi-position switch that can select the working state of the air conditioner, switching between functions such as strong wind, strong cooling, weak wind, weak cooling, and stop.

The ventilation switch is also known as the fresh air adjustment switch. When the ventilation switch is turned to the "on" position, the air conditioner can expel the indoor stale air and replenish fresh air. After ventilation, the ventilation switch should be turned to the "off" position to close the ventilation, maintaining the best cooling effect indoors. The temperature adjustment switch, also known as the automatic thermostat, can be used to adjust the room temperature and keep it within a certain range. The temperature adjustment switch is usually a mechanical rotary switch.

For explosion-proof cooling-only air conditioners, rotating the temperature adjustment switch clockwise can lower the temperature; for explosion-proof heat pump air conditioners, the temperature adjustment is divided into cooling and heating sections. The heating temperature adjustment switch rotates left for higher temperatures, while the cooling temperature adjustment switch rotates right for lower temperatures.
