The operation of the constant temperature and humidity machine system is through three interrelated systems: refrigerant circulation system, air circulation system, and electrical self-control system; in the refrigerant circulation system, the liquid refrigerant in the evaporator absorbs the heat from the air (the air is cooled and dehumidified) and begins to evaporate, ultimately forming a certain temperature difference between the refrigerant and the air.
The liquid refrigerant also completely evaporates into low-temperature low-pressure gas, which is then drawn in and compressed by the compressor (pressure and temperature increase). The gaseous refrigerant absorbs heat through the condenser (air-cooled/water-cooled) and condenses into liquid. After throttling through the expansion valve (or capillary tube), it becomes low-temperature low-pressure refrigerant entering the evaporator, completing the refrigerant circulation process.
The temperature range of the constant temperature and humidity machine: 0℃~150℃, humidity range: 30%~98% RH, can be divided into vertical and desktop types according to testing needs. The constant temperature and humidity machine is a very professional air purification device, and non-professionals often have insufficient understanding of it, leading to simple selection based on the area of the dehumidified space. The places where the constant temperature and humidity machine is used (such as advanced laboratories, purification workshops, etc.) have strict requirements for the fluctuation range of temperature and humidity of the equipment.
