How to determine the quality of explosion-proof humidifiers based on product performance.

The quality of a product is closely related to the performance standards of the equipment, and explosion-proof humidifiers are no exception. How can we identify the quality of an explosion-proof humidifier?

The quality of a product is inseparable from the performance standards of the equipment, and explosion-proof humidifiers are no exception. How can we identify the quality of explosion-proof humidifiers? We can see it from the performance standards of the equipment. Below, I will teach you how to determine the quality of explosion-proof humidifiers based on performance standards.
First is the humidification amount. This is an important parameter for explosion-proof humidifiers. Some companies, in order to cater to consumers' pursuit of high humidification amounts, arbitrarily label a larger humidification amount. Therefore, the standards strictly stipulate that the humidification amount should not be lower than the nominal value of the product's rated humidification amount.
Second is the humidification efficiency. This refers to the ratio of the actual humidification amount of the explosion-proof humidifier to the input power, reflecting how much humidification can be produced per unit of power consumption. It is an important indicator for measuring the performance of explosion-proof humidifiers. To guide consumers in purchasing energy-saving and environmentally friendly products and to promote companies to develop better products, the standard divides this indicator into four levels: A, B, C, and D.
Third is noise. Considering that explosion-proof humidifiers may be used in bedrooms, excessive noise can have a certain impact on consumers. Therefore, the standards impose strict limits on noise indicators.
Fourth is the service life of the evaporator. For direct evaporative explosion-proof humidifiers, the evaporator is a component that significantly affects performance. With continuous use of the explosion-proof humidifier, the efficiency of the evaporator will continuously decrease, and the humidification amount will also decrease accordingly. The standard stipulates that when the humidification amount of the explosion-proof humidifier drops to 50% of the initial humidification amount, it is considered that the evaporator has failed. For replaceable evaporators, their service life should not be less than 1000 hours.
Fifth, many explosion-proof humidifiers come with auxiliary functions such as water softening and humidity display. To prevent certain products from falsely advertising these functions or not achieving the corresponding effects, misleading consumers, the standards also set specific requirements for these auxiliary functions: for water softeners, the standard stipulates that after softening, the hardness of the water should not exceed 100mg/L. Before failure, the total amount of softened water should not be less than 100L. For humidity displays, it is stipulated that within the relative humidity range of 30% to 70%, the error of the humidity display should be within ±10% to avoid misleading consumers due to excessive error. In addition, the standard also stipulates that since water level can significantly affect the performance of certain explosion-proof humidifiers, they should have a water level protection function to prevent consumers from unknowingly operating the explosion-proof humidifier in a low-performance, low-efficiency state for a long time.
